The draw for the group stage of the Champions League was made Thursday 26/08/2021 from UEFA headquarters in Nyon and was notably made by former Olympique Lyonnais player Michael Essien. It led to lots of beautiful posters.

We know the composition of the eight pools of the group stage of the Champions League. As every year, this first round will reserve us a lot of beautiful posters and also its share of remakes. A group of death also emerges and it includes three former winners of the event (15 crowns in total) and a champion of Spain.

This ultra-high group brings together Atlético Madrid, Liverpool, FC Porto and AC Milan. The battle for the first two places is likely to rage between these four tenors and very clever one who can predict the final ranking.

Draw rather favorable for the French clubs with the ogre Manchester City for Paris but affordable opponents thereafter while Lille will face notably Sevilla FC.
