Since the departure of Neymar from Barça, the Brazilian’s relations with his former club are not good. But the Catalans could open the door to Neymar under certain conditions.

Nevertheless, and even if Neymar and Barça seem to be of ancient history, a return of the Brazilian in Catalonia would not be proscribed. According to Mundo Deportivo, Barça could bring Neymar back, under several conditions.
First, the Brazilian should apologize to his club for his attitude towards the Barcelona leaders. And he should also apologize for the legal proceedings against the club. In this case, a return would be considered and this would allow Barça to get ahead of Real Madrid in this matter, but also to send a clear message to PSG.
